Merged WorldPath’s dial-up and web hosting subscriber base into BayRing. By developing and instituting standard policies and procedures along with training, flexibility and freedom for representatives to work on their own, was able to hand-off the position to a traditional manager.

Managed NH's Largest Internet Service Provider - Overall responsibility for profitably managing the transition of a mature company through a technological decline. Primarily a dial-up Internet access company with an ILEC and a CLEC as sister companies, adding high speed service was not an option. Through acquisition, adding additional services, and great technical support to maintain subscriber revenues, along with expense management and difficult decisions, soft-landed WorldPath’s technical expertise and subscriber base to be rolled into BayRing Communications.
