Direct report functions included engineering department, agent network manager, sales planning, sales administration, and marketing. Reported to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.Key Achievements:* Initiated and built the Sales, Planning and Support department from the ground up that consisted of more than ten experts in opportunity management, operational engineering, business development and marketing. * Reduced annual commission expenses over $500K by designing a comprehensive sales compensation and incentive strategy which resulted in year over year increased sales growth.* Led the design and implementation of sales opportunity end-to-end processes supporting both national and local sales teams.* Managed the design and implementation of QlikView BI system for all sales and commission related reporting.
