• Leading the team responsible for the budget control in the company related to direct marketing expenses and sales and marketing operational expenses• Focus on accomplishing targets, managing costs, controlling P&L marketing investment lines• Ensuring that the business adheres to the relevant accounting regulations, current tax laws and latest intercompany procedures• In charge of managing monthly financial reports and optimizing the technical processes to ensure efficiency and accurate regular reporting• Managing the investment allocation in the annual budget planning

• Taking on the responsibility of company externally-procured data and its analyses• Design/Execution/Delivery of research studies aiming at understanding better shopper/consumer/channel/market in Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo• Delivering regularly insights to mid- and senior-level stakeholders for the purposes of strategy formulation• Providing training regularly on research topics; participating in onboarding plans of all new Commercial employees

• Being responsible for business analyses and reporting on company and competition performance, tracking market trends and developments, and identifying market opportunities for further growth • Participating in long-term strategy development for product categories • Forecasting category and company future performance, participating in LRP estimations • Identifying opportunities for maximizing volume and revenue performance in the market• Developing and conducting customer research studies and required to handle ad hock research requests • Providing Business Intelligence across functions and levels for the purposes of strategy formulation • Designing all research reports and executing them periodically regarding Company Market Share, Customer Buyers' Findings (PITA), Retail leafleting, global and national trends, etc.

• Sales development consultant responsible for pipeline [prospect and opportunity] generation in SEE for ServiceNow Cloud platform • Ad hoc sales projects for Consultancy, Professional Services and Training Services • Sales Support in closing process for SaaS opportunities

• Managing sales of Discovery and Eurosport portfolio of channels across territory of responsibility [Serbia, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro] • Meeting and exceeding company distribution targets • Working closely with Sales Director on Key Account Management • Independent negotiation with existing and new SMB clients - 100% renewals negotiated with incremental revenue and extended channel carriage • Managing client relationships in the region • Approximately 30% of time spent travelling

• Being Point-of-contact to all clients for signal/billing/administrative issues • Working closely with the Sales Manager to prospect, pitch & close new business • Involved in the day to day management of clients • Participation in team building and sales training events • Participation in Sales conferences in the region, approx. three per year • Portfolio-pitching in multiple languages

• Responsible of compiling of databases with client and market information • Read-proofing of contracts and other legal paperwork • Gaining a strong knowledge and understanding of a clients’ brand and products • Preparation of analyses to be implemented in renewal strategy
