Responsible for the client service and production departments at Ibis, consisting of over 40 consultants, project managers, and electronic data conversion specialists. Ibis’s client services team works with Ibis’s alliance partners and clients in developing and implementing cost effective workflow and project management methodologies, and the production department delivers high volume electronic document processing under strict deadlines and quality standards. Since joining Ibis in January of 2003, Peter has overseen the team providing consultation and project management on over 1,800 electronic discovery engagements. He was a key member of the consulting team performing in-depth data analysis in the defense of a large financial institution, and is the co-creator of a patent pending process for presenting file server deletion and modification activity across relevant time periods.

Manager at KPMG’s Cypress Technology Center (CTEC), formerly a a unit of Arthur Andersen LLP’s Legal Business Consulting practice. Provided consultation and managed document conversion and document indexing involving tens of millions of pages for the construction, tobacco, oil and gas, and insurance industries. In 1999 launched the development of Andersen/KPMG’s own electronic discovery and electronic document conversion processes and capabilities.
