Customer Success Manager
Current- Create engagement strategies with clients to develop a professional relationship through the provision of product and operational services, training, and customer services;
- Educate customers on how to use Valutico’s products/services and focus on/identify features Valutico clients need to learn/want to have;
- Scheduling and conducting conference calls/meetings that give Valutico clients customized training on how the Valutico product suite can be used to meetparticular client needs;
- Promote the success of the Valutico services by regularly checking on how Valutico’s products and services are meeting customer needs and identify areas for possible improvement;
- Encourage customers to upgrade their Valutico subscriptions and buy additional services;
- Create loyalty and repeat customers renewals incl. keeping track of customer product expiration dates, following up with customers to renew their contracts to avoid potential churn;
