RogerVoice is an app that helps the deaf and hard-of-hearing to make phone call. It hit the app stores (iOS-Android) with a bang in October and November 2015.My missions: • Community Management: I keep our Facebook and Twitter communities posted on what is going on at RogerVoice. • Content management: I sometimes create social network content and communication content (simple design for forums and meetings). I'm here to make people love RogerVoice just as I love it. • Client Relationship Management: You encounter a problem with the app, you need assistance? I'll try to help you the best I can. • Captions / Subtitles: Our video contents need to be accessible to the d/Deaf and hard-of-hearing. I'm a hard-of-hearing gal subtitling for other hard-of-hearing people. Yes, I see the paradox. • Translation of the contents (mailings, newsletters, subtitles etc.) into English/French, for the benefit of our international community. I also coordinate the RogerVoice translation project: translation of the FAQ section, translation of the app by freelance translators, localization of the app with the resulting translations. • I take part in events (demos, conferences, meetings) and put on my best smile.
