Recruted for the creation of the position FP&A manager due to the growth trend of business.- Leading the business plans on 3 years based on different scenarios- Creation of dashnoard with KPI indicators- Revenue & Contribution by client/industry- Optimisation of intern/external production capacities- Capex request & payback calculation on new product- Implementation of Analytical Accounting

- Leading the budgets, rolling forecast and business plan over 3 years; - Monthly Consolidation Group (IFRS & US GAAP) : income statements, balance sheets;- Implementing and performing the sales reporting and analysis : ° Sales and margin by customer, product & country, ° Contribution by sales area/manager after allocation of direct and indirect costs ; ° Dashboard of receivables : Delay, DSO, allowance for bad debt ; - Implementing and performing the manufacturing reporting and analysis : ° Yearly update of standard costs ° Purchase price and manufacturing variance; ° Dashboard of inventory by location (consigned and WH) and product, ° Excess and Obsolete reserve, ° Cut off : scrap and adjustements after physical inventory ; - Reporting by nature of QA, LOG, S&M, G&A, R&D expenses - Implementation of SOX certification ;- Merger with 1 affiliate: Analytical reorganization and intercompany flows; - Planning and optimizing cash flow: weekly meeting with purchase and credit managers;- Management of 2 controllers (industrial and commercial / G & A)

Hired by Telis in 2005, I then participated in the due diligence that led to the takeover by Soflog: - Drawing up and follow up of the budgets with gap analysis and adequate tracking of action plans;- Implementation of KPI : coverage of inventory, profitability, production and hourly rate;- Consolidation and reporting to the top and operational managers; - Harmonizing costing methodology and procedures accross the 20 sites in France
