Managing my own small projects and companies (up to 15-20 employees) since 1990's in wide range of business fields including software development, online shopping website, computer hardware stores, few restaurants, financial services, real estate agency, various retail stores and more. Available for new challenges, business proposals for partnership and/or project ventures in any business area that fits me well. In every company I have been (and still I am) a partner or co-founder, I was directly responsible for daily operational management, negotiations, preparing and signing contracts, building partnerships, making strategic decisions, personnel hiring and training, financial management and loans, as well as programming every corporate software with different complexity, incl. corporate internet and intranet portals.
