Responsible for one of the 4 global brands - Pilsner Urquell, delivering the global brand strategy, strategic assets (eg overall business strategy, brand positioning, packaging, creative platform and strategy, look&feel, tone of voice) and all the global activation assets (eg communication, digital, events, influencer strategy and assets, etc). Working in cooperation with the key local markets to drive the local implementation strategy and the commercial results. Heading a global brand team of strong and experienced marketing managers.

Responsible for brand strategies and consistency across all the product and customer segments, as a head of marketing communication department also responsible for communication strategies and all O2 communication on Czech market.

Geography: Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia, CroatiaResponsible for strategic portfolio development in the region, brand strategic development, driving synergies in cross market cooperation, development of global and multi-country brands such as Stella Artois, Beck’s, Staropramen and Loewenbrau in the region, coordination and approvals for core lagers key activities, people/marketing capabilities development.
