Sourcing, creating tender-frame and its organisation, search of new suppliers and substitutes, construction department consutation, offers assessment, testing, implementation to stocs and production, evaluation of bids, negotiating of commercial terms, preparation of Framework cooperation contracts. Responsibility for purchasing process A to Z: negotiation of price, quality, delivery term, terms of payment, transport, delivery, event. Inquiries, invoice-payment authorization. Monitoring of required terms-confirmed terms, urging, search for solutions.  Finding of production needs, searching for fitting products. Negotiation with suppliers on longterm-daily or one-purchase basis. 2009/2010 purchase of goods and cooperated services for construction of 5 photovoltaic plants. Built simultaneously with standard production. New trades and goods, tight deadline-extraordinary quantity.Coordination of supplies for cooperated services, continuity of material flow:production site-cooperated services- manufacturing.

Central purchasing department operative Company covering a holding group of appx. 15 subsidiary companies. 5 companies: food industry-chicken meat production plants, 10 companies: agricultural trade and production (production of compound feed) Sourcing and analyzing data from IS of 5 subsidiaries-production plants in cooperation with local purchasing agents, finding occasion/appropriate product to tender, its specification-team work with local purchasers and with suppliers. Unification of purchased goods where possible, creating tender-frame and its organisation, search of new suppliers and substitutes, offers assessment, negotiating of commercial terms, testing, implementation to stocs and production, preparation of Framework cooperation contracts. Monitoring of deliveries, support to local agents when difficulties or inquiries occured. Unification of purchased goods, bringing new suppliers, setting equal terms and conditions for five daugter companies-production sites Purchasig of specific spare parts for apprx.10 subsidiaries, import from Germany. Occasional resell of these spare parts to customers –nonmembers of holding group.
