As a clinical Trials Manager I was responsible for management of one European country, Trial mater File, change order management, supervision and management support to Clinical Operations staff to oversee their quality to ensure project deliverables are met.As a Training Manager I have developed training database and trainings evidence system to keep proper training's records and training materials in one database available. The system was presented on global level.

During this period was involved at megatrial (24 countries) and was preparing comparators delivery at country level.

As a Clinical Research Associate and Clinical Research Manager was responsible for set up of conditions (legislation, contacts to ECs/CA, database systems etc...) for realization of clinical trials at the Czech and Slovak republic on "green field". As a Medical Advisor his tasks were - medical relationship to Key Opinion Leaders and physicians esp.at area of oncologic and non-oncologic pain (opioids treatment), lecturing at this medical area, Pharmacovigilance backup, support for registration of drugs and other tasks within medical department of pharmaceutical company.
