Management of projects and evaluation of acquisition of land and building.

As part of this position, I prepared myself for the completion of my dissertation and the fulfillment of the doctoral state final exams.My studies and scientific activities were focused on the economic risk management of construction projects.I was also teaching subjects focused on economics, economics, construction and investment in the public and private sectors.In January 2024, I finished my dissertation and received my doctorate.

Po odstoupení kolegy z našeho místního uskupení Společně pro Telč, jsem se jako první náhradník ujal postu zastupitele města.Kriticky jsem nahlížel na záležitosti z mého oboru, tedy ekonomiky a stavebnictví a snažil jsem se otevírat oči kolegů zastupitelů i občanů.Dlouhodobě jsem prosazoval změnu dopravního režimu v historickém centru města a poukazoval jsem na nelogičnost a nekoncepčnost v řízení města.

My position include managing of development projects and evaluation of new projects preparation and acquisition

In this position I collaborate with other team members on the overall management of development projects. I participate on the assessment of acquisitions and on the managing of consolidation process of land for future construction.

My job in Prostor Club was deal with investment, organizing of events, solving problems in background of bar and providing of know-how about cocktails and service.

I was the head of cocktail bar. I planed the shifts, breaking in a new colleagues and I edited the sortiment of cocktails. At last, but not at least I worked as a bartender.

In this job I did a lot of work associated with construction of family houses, administrative buildings and so on.
