• Owns the integration strategy and projects at Vivino, setting out how the 900+ sellers should use data feeds and APIs to integrate with Vivino.• Increased the number of merchants using an API by over 200% which has resulted in a more efficient selling experience on Vivino for wine merchants.• Manages an annual $30k integration budget and has kept spend under budget.• Successfully negotiated the outsourcing of Vivino onboardings to a 3rd party service provider, which included negotiating reducing their cheapest feed solution by 50%, making it more attractive for merchants to sell on Vivino. • Reduced the average onboarding time for a new merchant on Vivino by 20% through redesigning Salesforce and operational processes.

• Successfully managed internal and external stakeholder requirements to launch a 3rd party integration solution to enable an easy selling on Vivino, which ultimately saved over $60k of operational expenses in 2022.• Managed project initiatives to bring down merchant issue rate from 10% to under 5% globally, improving both the buyer and seller experience on Vivino. • Developed dashboards and reporting in Salesforce and Looker to track key KPIs and upskilled the 12 global account managers in Salesforce so they could understand and track operational KPIs going forward.• Formed 5 partnerships with integrations providers to create a programme of integration options for Vivino merchants, where previously none existed before.

• Acted as project manager for a large retailer’s Black Friday weekend operations; overseeing incident support teams in London, Bucharest, and Chicago which enabled their most successful Black Friday weekend.• Devised the cutover, launch and operational support plans for a large retailer’s launch of their new ecommerce platform in 13 new European markets.
