Operationalized the FS Growth Strategy as the executive to the FS National Industry Leader. Distilled and project managed the FS strategic objectives into actionable activities by engaging the FS leadership team, FS partners and senior managers, and firm and functional leadership in Canada and KPMG globally

• As the GRC Secretary and GRC Develop Leader, led, executed and directed the operations of the GRC (250 people), reporting to the Global CFO. Used executive judgment and developed trusted relationships, established numerous operating policies and procedures (GRC incorporated in 2008), drove and managed all Leadership Team meetings, developed and executed the annual pay planning process, resolved a full range of HR matters (i.e. staffing, performance management, termination, conflicts, etc.), developed and implemented the office space redesign, and signed invoices on behalf of the GRC.• As a Director in the Global Chairman’s Team, was an active team member working with leadership on two of the firm’s globally strategic workstreams (Government & Infrastructure and Global Sales & Markets) primarily responsible for stakeholder management and progress reporting and monitoring. Also worked with Global Finance to effectively design a Global Business Planning process.

• Executed the strategic initiatives of the Global CEO. In this capacity, drove a strong working and trusted relationship with KPMG’s Global and Regional leaders across all areas of the firm to ensure alignment with KPMG’s strategic direction (e.g. communicated CEO expectations, challenged plans and activities, escalated concerns, resolved conflicts, supported and challenged global budget submissions).• Secretary to the International Executive Team – developed, prepared, sourced speakers, executed, minuted and followed-up meeting agendas and results. Prepared global content for International Partner Conferences, including speaker preparation and coaching

• Developed, designed and oversaw all aspects of the International Quality Review and Compliance Program, Risk Compliance Program and Practice and Compliance Review Program. Activities included software vendor selection, implementation and testing; content development with SMEs; writing of program instructions, requirements and report templates; provision of on-site training courses; consolidation and follow-up of program results; provision of compliance guidance and assistance to regions and member firms; and preparation of program results for multiple global leadership bodies• Conducted in-country quality and risk reviews, consolidated review findings and presented results to practice leadership. Followed up on all findings, escalated matters as necessary to global leadership• Managed the budget for programs noted and a team of 5 direct reports
