Creating season schedules, recruiting 10-15 athletes a year, organize seasonal travel and overall budgets, running practices and games, coordinating game day activities, help athletes be recruited to 4 yr colleges, coordinate summer camps. I also engage my athletes to set expectations, evaluate their progress throughout their 2-years academically and athletically, hold students accountable to their goals, and resolve any issues they may encounter on their way to graduation.

Closed sales on spot ranging form $900-$10,000. Utilized salesforce.

Evaluated volleyball clients film for coaches view. Matched players with programs and sent email correspondence about any updates, edits or meetings needed.

Playing volleyball in Puerto Rico allowed me gain an understanding of other cultures how to communicate on and off a court with those who speak your language and those who do not. I also became more comfortable public speaking and giving interviews on a weekly basis.
