Implementation and supervision of operational activities in the multiplex and bar areas, quality control of service, monitoring the quality of work in individual departments, identifying deficiencies in processes and providing creative solutions. Warehouse control and ordering of goods, production of inventory, monitoring of sales results, proposing solutions for increasing sales, designing action plans, setting goals and realizing them. Candidate selection, employee education (basic and advanced), employee motivation. Creating benchmarks, knowledge tests and rating lists. Developing work procedures to optimize costs. Planning and scheduling employee work. Keeping of legal records (working hours, occupational safety, sanitary certificates, hygiene minimum, expiration of contracts…). Control of the commodity and cash operations of the facility, cash registers and daily turnover. Checking the correctness of technical and IT equipment. Taking care of the aesthetics and functionality of the facility and retail space. Gathering and processing feedback from visitors to provide them with the highest quality service
