This project is a part of the Minor of Managing Projects in a Globalized World. It was about setting up the administration office and the inner structure of the IPMB which is a newly established department of Windesheim Honours College (WHC) in Zwolle. This entailed mainly doing research through literature reviews, desk research, interviews and focus group discussion and preparing an official handbook for the future reference for this office. Thus, the job of my team and I in this Minor was to act as a researcher and Project Manager.

The project was called FreshWaterMill which was assigned by the organization EU Manage in Zwolle, Netherlands. It was about the water desalination process in Iran, Ghods Razawi, for which myself including four other fellow students from Windesheim Honours College had to prepare a professional project plan. This will be submitted to the Iranian Government and the Dutch RVO in January 2017
