- Negotiation and meeting potential seed market distributors (process from the first contact up to their first order + ongoing cooperation) - Annual volume achievement (seed markets) - Distributor's orders secure in cooperation with logistics and marketing department - Volume forecasting in FCS application - Sales volume monthly reporting (shipments, depletions, commentary) - Export business events preparation, coordination and realization - Brand tools delivery to the markets in cooperation with marketing department - POS materials producing, purchasing, innovate (cooperation with the distributors and agencies) - POS catalogue and Order form development + updating - Department Operational and A&P costs monitoring - Monthly accruals processing

- Sales department support (processing of orders in CRM) - HR department support (attendance, travel arrangement in SAP) - Responsibility for running the office - Assistance at a new business project (data monitoring and analysis)
