I’m the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient sales process.Sales Order Handling and Customer Service: • Sales order processing, from order entry to delivery confirmation, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment. • Coordinate with the logistics team to facilitate smooth order fulfillment • Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.CRM Administration: • Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support effective customer relationship management. • Generate reports and insights from the CRM system to aid in decision-making. • Develop more efficient lead validation and sales processesERP Key User Duties: • Serve as a Sales key user for the ERP system, assisting with system configuration and troubleshooting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and accuracy.RMA and Service Order Handling: • Communicate with customers to provide RMA instructions, track return shipments, and coordinate repairs or replacements.Supporting Sales and Marketing: • Organize exhibitions in Europe and USA. • Manage Customer Satisfaction Survey process including surveys execution and reporting. • Implemented new Marketing automation toolInternal Auditing.
