- Translation, proofreading and editing of texts from a wide range of sectors and topics - Planning, scheduling, monitoring and execution of various translation projects- English, French and Croatian

- Conducting webinars for all Include's business partners- Managing the distribution of sales areas and sales goals in France, Canada, Poland, Hungary and Israel.- Maintaining strong partner engagement in order to have an in-depth understanding of their pain points, priorities, and goals- Preparing the partnership agreements and partner on onboarding- Continuous support and education of partners about products- Preparation of annual plan and budget, monitoring of implementation and monthly/quarterly reporting- Keeping track of deliveries and payments- Research, qualification, and acquisition of new customers and partners - End-to-end solution selling process engagement – from prospecting and networking to driving customer meetings, pricing strategy, proposals, negotiations, closing, and post-sale customer success

- Overseeing daily business operations- Delegating tasks to team members- Resolving problems that occur on the shift- Handling all customer relation issues in accordance with company policy and provide exceptional customer service- Accommodating reasonable requests from team members and other managers

- Supporting teachers to help children with special educational needs and disabilities- Supervising students outside of the classroom at recess and in the lunchroom- Helping students with in-class activities - Assisting students who have trouble lifting, writing, going to the restroom or eating
