JOBLINGE is fighting youth unemployment across Germany. My role comprised: Driving successful partnerships; training of premiumpartner representatives; implementing the cooperation with Deutscher Fußballbund; structuring and implementing training programmes - internally and externally; designing JOBLINGE General Meeting #wevent

Just do it - and grow. With the cultural and sport programmes, we aimed to strengthening job and social skills through culture and sports. Practicing performance, experiencing self-efficacy and creating motivation - we were able to observe and use these effects and many more. In my role, I was able to support the JOBLINGE locations in developing and expanding their program in cooperation with cultural institutions.
