1. Serves as the designated first point of contact for all member service calls regarding recruitment, retention and programs (including documentation and resolution of current member and prospective member inquiries);2. Participates in all Chamber events including the Annual Golf Tournament, Holiday Party, Installation Banquet/Winter Banquet, Business Mixers, Ribbon Cuttings, Chamber Board meetings, and Chamber Executive meetings;3. Coordinates logistics for meetings, programs and special events (announcements, invitations, website updates, material development, registration, billing, set-up and follow-up);4. Maintains contact information for all members;5. Maintains database of member attendance for programs, meetings and special events;6. Coordinates the production of New Resident Packets and the distribution of New Resident Packets;7. Coordinates the inventory of dated materials to maintain the most current information;8. Schedule Ribbon Cutting events, updates Chamber Calendar, coordinate member photo opportunities and pertinent information for the website, newsletter, and Wakulla News;9. Coordinates the office supply needs of the office;10. Prepares, coordinates and distributes the production of the monthly newsletter;11. Collects all revenue for Chamber events as needed, and keeps record of all revenue received;12. Maintains bookkeeping for the office in the Client Bookkeeping System (CBS) including, accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits, and credit card batches;13. Prepares and cuts all checks for vendors, reimbursements and accounts payable;14. Maintains all bank deposits, and records appropriate information into the CBS system;15. Prepares correspondence to Chamber members in both electronic and written form;16. Performs all activities at the request of the Chamber Board of Directors;17. Prepares agendas and records minutes for all Chamber and Economic Development Council meetings;and other duties as assigned
