Having exceeded publication targets within one month in my role I was appointed Publication Sales Manager with responsibility for the advertising revenue related to Times of Malta’s financial newspaper The Business Observer. Since May 2014, I have continued to expand my network of contacts across all local sectors, allowing Content House Group to reach out to a wide-ranging clientele. Main responsibilities included, reaching annual sales targets for mobile and online advertising for various sections of the news portal, business development, fostering and maintaining relationships with advertising, branding and marketing agencies and individual clients, handling in-coming leads, presentations, marketing plan design for clients and advert server monitoring.Projects Accomplished:Part of the team that led to the launch of - dealsmalta.com.mt;Launched and sold Allied Newspapers first door to door publication;Sold the first polythene bag, containing a collection of vouchers and gifts for readers in a sealed package within the newspaper;Sold various newspaper supplements with various themes;Secured advertising for Eating & Drinking, the magazine for people who eat out regularly;Provided team support in sales of various other magazines in Allied Newspapers portfolio
