I advise issuers, banks, and institutional investors on capital market transactions. I have acted as special Dutch counsel to companies, underwriters and investors in a variety of public and private equity and debt offerings and listings on Euronext Amsterdam and abroad (New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq National Market) of both Dutch and foreign stock. I co-lead NautaDutilh’s Capital Markets Group.I joined NautaDutilh in 1995 and became a partner in banking and securities law in 2002. I was a Managing Partner at NautaDutilh between 2017 until 2022. I am currently, in addition to my capital markets work, one of the Inclusion Partners at NautaDutilh.I am a member of the Supervisory Board of Aflatoun International, an NGO providing social skills and financial education to children worldwide.
