- Doing 150+ market research for potential community partners.- Approaching and conducting sales meeting with partner.- Creating and making legality document (Letter of Agreement / LoA) as a proof of collaboration with partner.- Collaborate with internal teams, to align outreach efforts with organizational objectives.- Maintaining the partnership flow.

- Conducting interviews with candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and qualifications for AFL Batch 5.- Asking relevant and probing questions to evaluate candidates' competencies, motivation, and cultural fit.- Documenting interview notes and maintaining accurate records of candidate evaluations.- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
