Hi! I am Petra Cubretovic, co-founder of The Sleep Department. Together with Vanessa de Malmazet, I founded The Sleep Department - a consultancy specialised in helping companies restore their working parents’ sleep through Gentle Sleep Coaching®At The Sleep Department, we're about more than just improving sleep — we want to give voice (and support!) to the silent struggles of working parents and restore their faith in being able to have both: children and a career. Throughout my career, I have seen many colleagues struggle when combining work and becoming a parent. The lack of sleep, particularly if it persists for months, or years, after that intense first newborn phase, can take a serious toll on parental wellbeing - and performance. As a certified Gentle Sleep Coach®, I have had the privilege to bring back sleep into many families. But we have never seen an employer offering this kind of help - a support, that costs very little and brings so much change - for both parents and their employers. I wish I had known about sleep coaching, and invested into sleep for my teams back then. The Sleep Department is determined to change that. We take our time to truly understand your organization.
