Love to tackle the the big questions at the workplace... and on the planet! The vision of happy and productive workplaces where people thrive will always be one of my biggest drivers. Another vision that drives me is developing business and society to fit within the planetary boundaries. There is great potential for innovation "inside the box"! As a facilitator of innovation processes, I am a great believer of raising the bar and taking a system perspective when initiating change, rather than starting in the details and making minor changes that will not have any impact. In my work I want to contribute to happy and productive workplaces through supporting innovation climate, empowerment, and cross-industry cooperation. My strength is that I am eager to look at a problem through many different perspectives and dare to ask the questions that are in the back of the head or name the "elephant in the room" when needed. Combining this with a great interest in people, and a reflective mindset I am usually described as flexible and engaged, no matter what area I am working on. After 10 years at RISE I am now back at MDU in a new role - leading the area in Samhällskontraktet that organize collaborative initiatives to support a healthy and independent elderly population regardless of changing demographics approaching in Sweden.
