• Preparation of suppliers’ invoices for payment, including preparation of the payment form and payment batch, entering payments on to the HSBCnet and processing of the payments onto the accounting system, ensuring all data are correct and meet the procedure requirements• Processing of supplier’s invoices and petty cash reports onto the accounting system• Assisting the Finance Manager with reporting on purchase orders and payments from Pastel.
