Amelia Air is a nonprofit dedicated to saving at-risk animals from overcrowded shelters by delivering them to adopters and rescues on both coasts of the United States. Through our creative approach to load balancing the overwhelmed shelter system, we are advocating for a future where pets will never be euthanized due to lack of space.

We started Hatcher to prove that sustainability drives innovation and differentiation for those brave enough to do the right thing. Today, Hatcher is a hybrid advisory firm and venture builder designed to deliver sustainable transformation for our corporate clients. My work includes accelerating the adoption of responsible products and services; creating tools and systems to automate sustainable decision-making; and developing technical infrastructure to decarbonize transportation.

Led creative development at Applied Minds, a technology prototyping studio known for melding art, science, design and engineering to build the first one of anything. Spanning from sustainable design to space operations, renewable technologies, educational experiences, data visualization, and consumer behavior change, our multidisciplinary teams embedded within a wide range of Fortune 500 companies and large government organizations.

Led Digital Strategy with a focus on developing e-commerce capabilities and delivery partnerships for the agency's portfolio of premium consumer brands.
