As a Shopping Centre Manager I developed sales and footfall and supported the shopping center's development to improve customer dwell time and spend level, tenant satisfaction, and increased the viability and vitality of the center. I also proactively managed the cluster properties in a cost efficient way to ensure increased property value. 2017/02-2017/11 I managed in addition to Duo also Jyväskeskus and Forum Jyväskylä.

As a FM in JLL IFM Intel EMEA team, I was responsible for integrated facilities management in five Intel offices in Finland and Sweden. Uuden Äänekosken Leikkipuistojen Yleissuunnitelma 2006 – 2016 (Master Plan of Äänekoski Playgrounds 2006 – 2016) The aim of the project was to create a master plan for 31 playgrounds in three joining municipalities Äänekoski, Suolahti and Sumiainen for the next ten year period. The Master plan aims to efficiency in management, to give repair schedules and budgets for the playgrounds and to help plan new playgrounds.
