As a Shopping Centre Manager I developed sales and footfall and supported the shopping center's development to improve customer dwell time and spend level, tenant satisfaction, and increased the viability and vitality of the center. Uuden Äänekosken Leikkipuistojen Yleissuunnitelma 2006 – 2016 (Master Plan of Äänekoski Playgrounds 2006 – 2016) The aim of the project was to create a master plan for 31 playgrounds in three joining municipalities Äänekoski, Suolahti and Sumiainen for the next ten year period. The Master plan aims to efficiency in management, to give repair schedules and budgets for the playgrounds and to help plan new playgrounds.
