My journey with dgfp only dates back to 2014 but I have been impressed by their transformation and willingness to embrace the challenges ahead that HR professionals have to prepare for. It is a pleasure for me now to help the network now in a formal role as representative in Berlin. My mission is to re-energize current members and their network and blending in some of the HR topics that are hot in the Berlin start-up scene right now. Activities range from workshop facilitation to key notes, leveraging my network to gain additional speakers where needed.
