As a Civil Engineer and Project Manager I am leading the operations and the programs execution in Fenix TNT s.r.o.The company actively participates in FP7 and H2020 European Union research and innovation projects for energy efficient buildings and new technologies in the building industry.My role involves the end-to-end design and provisioning of marketing/dissemination and exploitation plans for our partners as well as consultancy services in various areas of the industry.Leadership, communication and business analysis are the skills that support my daily activities, and help me assure we are able, as a company, to deliver on time and with great results.Main responsibilities/activities:- Communication, including status reporting, risk management, involvement of international teams in large-scale activities, project quality assurance: in budget, on schedule, and within scope- Controlling and ensuring all deliverables and milestones of the project are met and fulfilled- Strategy analysis and mission development: marketing plans, market researches, business models, feasibility studies, life cycle analysis, dissemination activities, exploitation activities and IPR management

As team lead I am leading and coordinating the report generation process on a monthly basis of a team made up of 10 members - professionals in the area of SW, HW license management. As Quality Analyst I was responsible for month on month process behavior tracking, analyzing and results evaluation (collecting information, taking measures, and monitoring the complete process of developing and creating solutions).Activities: finding gabs in processes, analyzing, creating improvement plans, as a part of quality community sharing results on global level, using root cause analysis, Pareto chart, process behavior chart) - certification, evaluation after one year working on the project

Maintaining software license covering, financial analysis, product specialist for IBM and other vendors, creation report on monthly basis, negotiating with customer in regards new purchase and compliance, yearly audits.
