As Project Manager, my job was to find right customers (B2B) and sale them expert view pages in Content House's own publication; Content House's publications had own themes and I worked for one of them. I worked in team with other Project Managers. The task covered customer service, prospecting new customers, solution sales to new and old customers, customer relationship maintenance and basic tasks in selling.I used to do the work and contacting customers by phone and e-mail. I worked in and outside of office.I had change to use skills I learnt in my University of Applied Sciences and got more experience in B2B-sales and working in office, which was something I wanted and needed. My co-workers teached me a lot and now I know I'm good at writing many needed details to CRM.

I worked as seller in Lidl's store and ended up being the most long-term employee in same store. My tasks were customer service, cashier and different in-store work. I also had freshness and baking shifts, and acted as a mentor for new employees.
