Exercising this duty I have tried hard to accomplish my duty for the transformation of that grid from an amortized one to an advanced distribution grid ,thus fulfilling my main task of ensuring the increasing supply requirements for electricity not only in certain conditions but also with much lower costTo guarantee that goal I was not only suffice to have optimal "regime" of existing equipments, but I asked optimal "development planning “as well, so it would have had possibility to secure the necessary time for "technical study" and the construction of required installation.. So during that period I managed three investments phases( Projects) in the electrical distribution network of Tirana city as it follows :o 1995-1996 .The first phase of investments in constructions of 64 electric cabins 20/0.4kv o 1996-1997 The second phase investment in constructions of about 67 electric cabins 20/0.4kv o 1998 The phase of emergency for the investment of 30 electric cabins 20/0.4kv Management of the two phases of investment in the field of electricity meteringo Investment of individual boxes with foreign donationo Investment of collective boxes at the different categories of buildings
