Exercising this duty I have tried hard to accomplish my duty for the transformation of that grid from an amortized one to an advanced distribution grid ,thus fulfilling my main task of ensuring the increasing supply requirements for electricity not only in certain conditions but also with much lower costTo guarantee that goal I was not only suffice to have optimal "regime" of existing equipments, but I asked optimal "development planning “as well, so it would have had possibility to secure the necessary time for "technical study" and the construction of required installation..
