Leading and managing the group of 8 departments (approx. 80 people) serving as shared services units and competence centers: Data, CRO, UX research, UX/UI, Production House, Content, Design Studio, and Localization.Additionally, I was part of company's Management Board that included other top and C level managers. As a board member, I was involved in planning and executing strategic company decisions, including, but not limited to, activities like restructuring of centralized operations, budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.
