Objective of this project was to streamline and automate the administrative workload of IT orders by implementing the SAAS solution SAP – Ariba. February 2015 – Juni 2015: As Run book manager responsible for set-up and execution of the migration and integration of existing Contract management module with the module Procure to Pay, interfacing to SAP and Single Sign On. Management of multiple internal and external parties from The Netherlands, Czech Republic and India. Result was a successful migration, which has been completed within the set timelines.

Working for Donna PMR from June 2010 untill and with March 2012. During this period: Design and implement the project standards and processes. PMO for the STLM project of the ALM/Finance department within ABN AMRO. Goal of the project is implementing a new application for ALM. Activities: Risk and issue management, change and configuration management (CCM), planning, financials, organizing workshops/sessions, user implementation, overall project support.

Within the Finance IT department I have been responsible for the overall planning of the department where about 50 FTE worked for several programmes and projects. To professionalize the Project Management I have been responsible for standardizing the project planning. Furthermore I have modelled the Project Management processes of the department by Prince2.

As a Vendor Manager I maintained relations with software and networking vendors to achieve more sales. I wrote and executed several business plans. Each business plan contained sales targets, requirements of authorization levels and marketing campaigns. I also organized presentations and trainings to increase the knowledge by my colleagues.Finally I also put an advertisement of my vendors in the monthly catalogue.
