I worked in the personnel services sector, overseeing the seamless implementation of recruitment processes from start to finish. I was independently responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings to conducting interviews and making selections in cooperation with hiring managers (clients).My role required strong collaboration with clients, as I served as a liaison between client companies and our employees. I also served as a supervisor for employees in my client companies, addressing their daily needs and ensuring that employment relationships ran smoothly.My responsibilities encompassed all tasks and investigations related to the employment life cycle. This included conducting orientation, drafting employment contracts, managing employment terms, and handling any conflict situations. I also maintained continuous communication with both client companies and employees to ensure the satisfaction of both parties.The role emphasized the ability to make independent decisions, organizational skills, and effective communication with both clients and employees. My goal was always to ensure that recruitment processes ran efficiently and that employees had a positive experience from beginning to end.All this mainly industry, logistics, restaurant and building fields.

Customer Service and Sales

The primary areas of focus were nearly identical to those during the internship, with a greater emphasis on managing recruitment announcements and processing job applications. I maintained close communication with hiring mangers, providing guidance on the recruitment system. Additionally, a significant portion of my responsibilities involved handling customer service inquiries through both phone and email. I also undertook tasks related to documentation, presentations, and statistical analysis pertaining to recruitment.

My primary focus has been on recruitment and the development and well-being of personnel competence. In terms of recruitment, I've handled various tasks related to communications and marketing. This includes the development of diverse feedback surveys and the generation of extensive statistics and reports associated with recruitment processes.I've actively participated in multifaceted, cross-functional teams dedicated to developing and refining various operating models. Additionally, I played a key role in a noteworthy project of the Year, where we conducted patient interviews and produced video clips for educational purposes.In the realm of daily responsibilities, I've undertaken general office tasks, such as drafting employment contracts, organizing, conducting information searches, creating presentations and materials, and preparing meeting memos.
