Flowteam Manager for the Cooled cameras produced in Sweden. Within my team we produce high end products like GasFinder and thermal Cameras for Research and Science. I’m a manager for 25 employees, with competencies like buyer/planners, production engineers and technicians. We are implementing “Lean” and work with continuous improvements, as a manager I’m taking lead in educating the team and to get us to work more efficient. Within my area of responsibilities, we’ve launched a new camera that is certified within both ATEX and Hazloc. It’s challenging to be a manager within this high technical area of expertise, but fun and stimulating! The revenue is about 400 million SEK per year.

Sweden

Sr HR Business Partner with strategic and operative responsibilities within FLIR Systems Commercial System, R&D and Manufacturing. As a Sr HR Business Partner I supported managers in HR related issues like recruitment and coordinating staffing activities, work force planning, labour legislation, organizational change, business development and employee relation issues. I was also part of R&D and Manufacturing management team and represented HR within these groups. Work has been ongoing in both departments when it comes to “Lean”, and as HR, I was deeply involved in supporting the organizations from a HR perspective. During my time within HR at FLIR, we implemented a HRIS, Workday, that is used throughout the whole organization.

Was responsible for all HR issues at "Friends", that included all the HR related issues that appears within an organisation, operative and strategic questions and challenges. Friend is a non-profit organisation which purpose is to wake awareness and engagement against bullying and abusive behaviour in schools and sports organisations. The challenge to work with strategic HR issues in a non-profit organisation inspired me and made me see alternative solutions. .

SEB were implementing a global HR system, PeopleSoft, and I wereworking as a Business Analyst with the Time and Labor module. My responsibilities were to make sure that the required functionalities within Time and Labor were collected, analysed, prepared to be built, both globally and locally (for the actual countries). We had eight countries in the scope, and had parallel processes in different stages of implementation, for each and one of the countries, throughout the process. My responsibility also included validating user instructions and to support the business when needed.

HR Consultant/Advisor with strategic and operative responsibilities within HR issues like recruitment, work force planning, labour legislation, negotiations with different unions, rehabilitation and issues concerning work environment. I worked as a HR Business partner/manager to support seven districts with 700 employees within SEB Retail, Sweden. A lot of my time was spent at different executive group meetings were questions of more strategic issues were on the agenda.

Internal HR Consultant with eight units to support in all different kinds of HR issues, like labour legislation, rehabilitation, work environment and recruitment of nurses, doctors etc.

Worked in a joint venture between IBM and the Posten IT in an IT-project. We implemented a new infrastructure and changed platform, from NT to Windows XP. I was part of "roll out" and worked a lot with communication and support to the business concerning issues related to IT.

I was responsible for the business concerning "Captain Personanalys", Computer Aided Personal Test-ain. Worked a lot with recruitment, both internally and externally as a consultant. Educated our users, supported them when they had difficult analysis and had an overall responsibility for sales, economy etc.

My work was focused on Captain Personanalys as an external consultant in different recruitments. I was also responsible for administration and office service.

Was, kind of, headhunted to a national recruitment assignment that Sandahl Consulting AB had for General Motors in Sweden. My responsibilities were mostly within interviewing candidates and administration.

Worked as a train hostess at SJ, the Swedish States railways, before and during my studies at Stockholm university.
