I founded this company together with a brilliant Romanian programmer and web entrepreneur, Andrei Gheorghe. The first challenge that we addressed in our work was related to training processes standardization and automation. In 2007-08 I was in charge with a large-scale training & development program within the Banking industry on behalf of CODECS. Throughout the entire project I gather a lot of data about problems and possible improvement areas when you face big volumes and great diversity. Using those informations we came up with an innovative Learning Management System called "Training Manager" that we used for Baking, Retail, Consultancy and E-learning client companies.

CODECS stands for The Centre for Open Distance Education for the Civil Society and is the Open University (UK) partner in Romania. It is one of the biggest management education provider in the CEE region.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - leading a team of more than 20 trainers in the largest training program delivered by the company (banking).- developing training programs for the Banking Industry specific needs- designing and standardizing training processes in order to deliver volumes and quality in the same time.- recruiting and training the trainers involved in the Banking Industry projects- expanding the client portfolioMAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:- I led successfully the biggest training program delivered by the company (1 year length)- I have initiated several innovations: Training Simulator (a standardized system to recruit and train the trainers), Training Management System (IT System to support training delivery), standardized training processes supported by documented Job Instructions.
