The first challenge that we addressed in our work was related to training processes standardization and automation. In 2007-08 I was in charge with a large-scale training & development program within the Banking industry on behalf of CODECS. Throughout the entire project I gather a lot of data about problems and possible improvement areas when you face big volumes and great diversity. Using those informations we came up with an innovative Learning Management System called "Training Manager" that we used for Baking, Retail, Consultancy and E-learning client companies.
