    Inner Development Goals Czechia Changemakers Network.I discovered the IDGs in 2021 and also participated on SDGs Global Festival of Action (UN) in that time. Participated as one of the 3000 people on initial IDGs survey to create framework and pool of competencies in 2022. Invited friends to create first IDGs Community Hub in Czechia in Spring 2023 and co-organized streaming Inner Development Goals Summit 2023 in Prague. In 2024 we become bigger team with help one of the global IDGs partners - Novartis, and integrated IDG Czechia Changemakers Network into NGO Change for Better (Změna k lepšímu). We made IDG Summit 2024 Watch Party at Omnicom Media Group and presented IDGs at Vyspělé Česko conference, workshops and afterparty in November 2024. We are working on first intro IDGs conference in Czechia and more other activities in 2025. We want to spread the IDGs idea, help to implement in all possible contexts and develop for the future. Inner Development Goals (IDGs) is a global non-profit organization for inner development. We research, collect and communicate science-based skills and qualities that help us to live purposeful, sustainable, and productive lives. The Inner Development Goals framework is fundamental in the work to reach the Sustainable Development Goals. Inner Development - Outer Change.     Wayusa is a endemic sacred shrub growing in the Ecuadorian part of the Amazon forest, from whose leaves the native Indian tribes prepare a stimulating drink with harmonizing effects. Most cultivated in the basin of the river Napo, where for many centuries it has been an integral part of local culture.It is a NGO project based on regenerative philosophy and is part of whole ecosystem of organisations. In this way, we not only support local indigenous communities, but we also help other organizations in the protection, research and restoration of forest ecosystems and other related projects (Bosque Medicinal and Forrest.ink). In the Czech Republic, we included a social enterprise in the preparation of one of our products, where people with disabilities work. We love unpack-stores, we practice re-using boxes in our e-shop, composting used wayusa and participate on conscious events support humanity, nature and preferrable futures in general.Wayusa or holly guayusa (lat. Ilex guayusa) is a tropical variety of better known yerba mate (Ilex paraguariensis). Every lover of coffee or tea will surprise you with its delicately delicious taste. Regardless of the strength of the pickle or the length of the preparation, it lacks any bitterness, as it does not contain tannins.In addition to stimulating effects, Wayusa has a beneficial effect on health, psyche and overall body harmonization including digestion. It supplies the body with pure energy, which, unlike coffee and other energy drinks, is gradually released. It helps to improve mood and concentration. As a laughter yoga teacher I also lead internationally certified seminars for those who want to become an laughter yoga instructor and other related seminars. Focus on courses and projects in personal and organizational development and based on positive psychology, laughter, joy, fun, play, gaming, creativity, happiness, comedy, humor, clowning, stand-up, improv and other approaches.     I was 15 and on high school and there was still no freedom in our country. One of the ways of self fullfillment was in the hobbies. Tradition of historical fencing in Czech Republic is quiet long and similar to Germany or France. Inspired by most known groups Regius, Dominik, Romantik and Kadeti me and few friends of my founded a group of historical fencing (also dancing and making music). As a former sport fencer I started to study historical forms of fencing, costumes etc. and later I come with the name Dantes and we started to organize trainings. I directed most part of our shows on different events and castles. I also organized few events were more groups of historical fencing met and made common shows. Second half of 80´s was most boom of historical fencing groups (started in seventies) and I was also quiet inside into coordination, sharing and cooperation between the groups and also started to cooperate with one of the professional fencing groups Kadeti. If the regime were not changed I started to proffesionalize in this area to be stuntman, historical fencer and actor.
