We expected that situation and we thoroughly prepared for it. Thanks to the system of transfer of knowledge, that we prepared in advance, we managed to develop existing projects (like www.ikariera.cz), to launch a number of new projects and to start continuous growth of tens of percent per year (measured by turnover/budget and number of activities), which lasted even a few years after I finished my leadership of the branch.People who manage the organization now, they are umpteenth generation. Even so they still benefit from what we've built in a relatively short time.See below small example of work I did beside the management in IAESTE - one of several brochures I have made there. The Activity report for 2004/2005 years was largely my work. I wrote big part of content, designed graphic, did all the DTP work (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw), did the corrections, partially translated it to English and I published it in the print house.
