Current▸ Management of IS / IT department and ICT infrastructure, focus on the security of internal and external users, internal/external cloud, backup and restore, VoIP, Mobile and Communication Technologies▸ Establish a technological vision and leads technological development▸ Provide management for all IT employees, motivation and evaluation of ICT team (15 people) ▸ Development and maintenance of IS systems and applications ▸ Ensuring all IT systems, infrastructures, server, networks, securities, cloud and backup are running to an efficient level▸ Implementation of new technologies and information system▸ Cost reduction, oversee IT budgets to make sure there are no unnecessary expenditures▸ Ensuring company technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner▸ Effectively planning and executing all IT related projects▸ Oversee all technical aspects and technological resources ▸ Process analysis and editing
