Working 21 year in microcredit sector in Bosnia. Started at loan officer level and moving up to market research officer and finally became Marketing manager. This helped me to better understand importance of client orientation and have better sense of the front line work. I have been working on various researches regarding client satisfaction, new product development, social performance, market potential, competition analysis.... I have good experience in qualitative and quantitative methods of research. Have conducted and still conducting trainings regarding different aspects of marketing. Also have experience in international conferences and presentations to larger group of participants.I continuously follow all trends and educate myself, especially regarding digital marketing. In that area I have good knowledge and experience in Facebook, AdWords, YouTube and Instagram advertising. Also, some basic knowledge in SEO but this is area that I am improving at the moment. AI is also area that I am interested in and educating continuously regarding all aspects of it. Great experience in leading and motivating teams in order to achieve good results, I am very direct in communication and provide continuous feedback to people I am working with.
