After the successful Kyndryl spin-off from IBM and subsequentcompany transformation, in which I took an active part, I am acting inthe same role as in IBM but just under a new brand. Still beingresponsible for the delivery department with additional intercompanyduties. Additionally, I am a regular member of company board meetingswhere I influence the shape of the company and its services andproducts. Also, according to CZ legislation Act No. 412/2005, I amappointed by the local BoD as a Responsible Person and SecurityDirector.

As the head of the Project Management & Consulting department, I wasresponsible for management of IBM delivery managers, analysts, andconsultants. That includes recruiting, developing and guiding them.Additionally, I am responsible for ensuring successful IT delivery in theCzech Republic. To achieve this, I established a company deliverystrategy and monitored compliance through my team or directly bymyself. If necessary, I drove corrective actions to ensure the higheststandards and also for selected accounts I still acted as a hands-onTechnical Program Manager and key account manager.

I have relocated back to Prague, CZ and shifted more to a programmedelivery level and business development. In my business developmentrole, I improved profitability and overall performance with even morebuilding customer relationships. From a delivery point of view, apartfrom being the Technical Programme Manager for selected programmes,I acted as an overall delivery assurance and escalation point for all IBMdeliveries across accounts.

I relocated to London, UK, and acted as the T&T Service Managementplatform lead for a complex outsourcing programme of a joint venturebetween Vodafone and IBM. We were crating large automated XaaSplatform with self-service portal. My responsibilities includedmanagement of technical development and integration of custom-madeself-service portal, SM tooling and integration with other servicesprovided by IBM. I managed a team of 30+ specialists/engineers acrossthe globe (US, UK, EU, and IN).

At IBM in Prague, I started as a Client Technical Program Manager.During my multiple assignments, I have developed a strong all-aroundbackground, especially in delivery management (day-to-day managementof delivery team), issue handling, planning, risk assessment, budgetmanagement and presales. I successfully built & managed complexdelivery teams (size of approx. 40 specialists) comprising IT architects, ITanalytics, developers, testers, and service operations specialists.Additionally, I have expertise in product management, and I acted as aconsultant in methodology implementation to aid in large client agiletransformations.

My duties were development coordination, acquisitions and contract negotiations for construction of new fibre network in Prague.
