Senior Analytics Consultant

I lead Digital Analytics team at Annalect business unit. I develop people's competence, processes, products and tools in order to improve business and data driven culture.

As a VP of Analytics and a partner, I'm responsible for developing analytics related service products for our customers. I'm establishing office to Helsinki and growing the business in this area. I'm also helping our clients to use the force of data and improve analytical culture.

Encouraging a data driven culture at Nelonen Media. I'm responsible for web, mobile and video analytics and conversion rate optimization of Nelonen's online services.

Currently I'm developing marketing analytics services at Zeeland. Marketing analytics include measuring and analyzing all marketing activities and cross-channel customer experiences. Marketing analytics include measuring offline and online advertising & sales, conversion optimization, A/B and multivariate testing, paid search (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO) and social media marketing (SMM).

My first mission at Naviatech (former NXC Finland) was developing the sales process. I planned and executed the sales model (SPIN) for end-customers (B2B). Solutions included concept and graphic design, technical implementation of Navia CMS, training and web analytics system (Google Analytics, IndexTools). At the same time I was creating partner network. Company was financed from the start-up by customer projects, so I consider my work well done. As a CEO I started to plan company's strategy in a whole. Company has grown and developed quite fast and it has around 100 companies as customers and many partners as well. Business has been profitable from the start. I have raised my own expertise on marketing optimization and web analytics.

I was responsible for marketing and sales of the Nomini Eprint, which is web based software for digital workflow of print products. I was also selling different kind of Internet projects including graphic design, content management systems and hosting services. First web analytics system we used was Webalizer. In the end I was a part of the executive group.

As a training consultant I was responsible for selling and planning training projects for companies. I concentraded on graphic design and web publishing software training. I was also in charge of customer's extranet services related their personnel's sofware training.
