- Development of two generations of Lumia NFC HW engines, the design is used in all NFC enabled Lumia phones- Management of 3rd party NFC-IC vendor co-operation, NXP semiconductors- Ownership of the NFC driver level SW configuration for Lumia NFC enabled phones based on WP8, WP8.1 OS-releases- Co-operation with certification team to get all Lumia devices payments certified, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover- Co-operation with Windows OS-team to get NFC features specified and tested Main achievements- NFC certified and payment enabled Lumia 730, 735, 830, 640, 640XL, 620, 720, 820, 920, 928, 925, 1020,1520, 930, 929- Good maintenance support given for all the NFC related issues from customers and production line

- Scrum Master role in S40 & S60 MobileTV area (DVB-H, ISDB-T, T-DMB, DAB, CMMB)- 3rd party vendor co-operation and management in MobileTV area, including chipset/module vendor, middleware/UI-vendors and operators- Project Manager in MobileTV accessory SW & HW area within the co-operation project with Nokia Gear/accessory team Main achievements:- Ramp-up of S40 CMMB activities & team in Nokia Beijing site- Implementation of USB-accessory APAC variants ( SU17A, SU18A) for the S60 Symbian phones

- SW line responsibility in DBR organization (< 10 subordinates), within Complementary Wireless Solutions Technology entity- Project Manager in different MobileTV area, including * Receiver development including the vendor co-operation and management in SW and HW areas (module & chipset)* Symbian driver level SW implementation and platform/product integration* USB accessory SW development Main achievements:- First & second generation module vendor selection (HW&SW) for the MobileTV areas, including ownership of relevant qualifications - Implementation of first Nokia phone model with MobileTV device based on 3rd party module solution, N96 and 5330MTV- Ramp-up of BT based MobileTV accessory solution for Symbian 3.2 & 5.0 based devices (accessory model SU-33W)- Ramp-up of USB-OTG based MobileTV accessory SW&HW solution for Symbian devices (accessory models: SU-14A, SU15A, SU16A)
