After 20 years as director of a non-profit think-and-do-tank with a vision of collaborative society I am looking for new opportunities to contribute to public benefit projects with my broad experience. It consists of a social and policy analysis, strategic development, facilitation and consultancy on wide range of topics (civic and democratic space, polarization, sustainability or tax dodging). I have always been building relationships connecting people and bridging themes and sectors. As a builder of teams, coordinator of networks, creator of transformative programmes or manager of projects I have been committed to work together with partners, from the non-profit, private and government sectors alike, on transformation towards stronger and sustainable democracy in the Czech Republic, Visegrad region, Europe or beyond. While I need to rest from leading a whole organization I am open to new positions, projects/programs or consultancy jobs that stand up to the societal challenges and could use some of my knowledge, skills or social capital. My particular focus has been non-profit networks such as platforms, umbrellas or coalitions and collaboration between various themes, approaches, interest or views (what we in Glopolis began to call transversal collaboration)I believe that visions, values and principles drive our competences. In complex and fast changing societies, these are increasingly more important than our particular skills and expertise, particular social sectors or geographical locations. I consider my self an universalist, but am more than happy now to narrow the focus of my next job/s to just some of the competencies, skills or themes.Specialties: developing visions, strategies and projects responding to complex challenges, integrating people, data and ideas, facilitating processes of multi-stakeholder dialogue and coordination, creating balanced, learning and fulfilling work environment.
