Specific ResponsibilitiesThe EH&S Supervisor for Apache Corporation is a member of Apache’s EH&S at the company’s Cairo, Egypt office reporting to the EH&S Sr Manager.This role will be primarily responsible for the following:• Monitor & support on data entry of all incidents and near misses into the EHS data management system • Provide necessary training support for the Apache Deputy Field EHS Managers. • Review, reconcile and verify that audits/inspections/PSSRs, trainings, drills, safety observations, speed violations information are managed across all operations.• Supervise audit data records and follow up with Deputy EHS Field Managers to obtain all safety related information (incident reports, audits, training, drills information, etc.).• Actively measure and analyze EHS data to report performance results. • Develop standard and customized EHS dashboards and reports. • Collaborate with EHS teams weekly to review/validate that the data is entered and accurate.• Prepare weekly Egypt EHS Performance Report with highlights • Consolidate and prepare the monthly Egypt EHS Performance Report • Close collaboration with your KPC counterpart to lead the full implementation of the EHS Dara Management. • Configure the EHS Data Management System software, • Monitor all consolidated audits/inspections data. • Provide overall management support to field teams for all applications with the EHS data management system.• Maintain the EHS Data Management System software budget. • Develop, configure and periodically review module workflows.• Periodically review data and provide requested reports related to training compliance, workflow closure, corrective action closure, MoC closure, risk management, barrier management. • Maintain the ETIT iVMS. • Support in the preparation of EHS Leadership Forum. • Coordinate and prepare the distribution of incident alerts.

** Customer Service **• Assist client HSE Representatives during their visits, provide all requested documents.• Maintain, report and develop action plan for all the findings.• Participate in customer meetings and provide presentations as required.** People / Learning and Development **• Provide training and coaching all the rig crew on the proper utilization of the PDF (positiveor dangerous feedback) Cards, JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and BSA (Behavior Safety Audit).• Communicate all internal & external HSEQ Flashes to all rig crews during regular meetings.• Develop different scenarios to be part of the emergency drills as per the set plan and toreport / maintain all action items resulted from the frequent drill.
