Currently led the position of Head of IT, oversee the use of technology throughout the organisation. Responsible for the efficient implementation and support of Infrastructure, Cloud, Database, account management and service level agreements with vendors for the enitre BSM group. Negotiating with suppliers of hardware and software to get the best deal, including external support, and being responsible for contracting consultants and making service agreements.Creating a budget for each project as well as managing the financial aspects of the entire IT organization.Also software license agreements and as Product Manager I am responsible to work with clients and manage product-related implementation, support, feedback and inquiries.
