I have 10 years of experience in hospitality industry mostly as a head waiter in established restaurants. I am currently also studying (BA) International Hospitality and Tourism Management in Swiss Alpine Centre and Cardiff Metropolitan University. My passion for Food and Beverage services led me to pursue a certificate in wines and food pairing in order to further understand them and improve my guest’s experience. I enjoy playing chess, read books and I used to be part of a basketball team for many years. All of them have helped me to develop a strategic mindset, critical thinking and a team spirit. I would describe myself as a hardworking and enthusiastic individual that always look to improve. Outgoing, tactful and able to listen effectively when solving problems.
